Provisional Term End Examination 2020-2021

 It is notified to all concerned that Provisional Term End Evaluation 2020-2021 for the students of primary section (Class-I to Class-V) will be held in two parts, one in January 2021 and another in February 2021, each consisting of one written examination of 40 marks and oral examination of 10 marks. The mode of the said evaluation will be "ONLINE" only. 

Students are requested to follow their whatsapp group regularly for getting timely update on the same. Students who are yet to join our online teaching learning method are requested to join at the earliest.

KINDLY NOTE

 

1. Oral evaluations will be held through whatsapp video calling only.

2. Oral evaluations will be taken by respective subject teachers.

3. Students must wear school uniform during oral examinations.

4. If any student remains absent during any oral evaluation then no request for re-evaluation will be accepted. `

5. Syllabus of oral evaluations will be notified by individual subject teachers.

6. Students must keep their own picture wearing school uniform as their whatsapp profile picture; failing which they may not be considered for evaluation process.

7. Students must keep their name as their whatsapp profile name; failing which they may not be considered for evaluation process.

8. In case of any doubt or query students may contact respective subject teacher or Shri Som Subhra Sinha, in-charge of Primary section.
